o The Twin room package include Registration amount for 01 person, his/her hotel stay for 02 nights in a twin room.This is subject to the acceptance of other delegate who is ready to share the room. 
o The Delegate with 01 accompanying person package include Registration amount for Delegate & Accompanying person, his/her hotel stay for 02 nights in a Double room. 
o Above fee does not include Airport transfers 
o Please carry a valid photo ID for Hotel check-in 
o Hotel check in time is 1400hrs and checkout time is 1200hrs 
o Any additional night for residential packages will be charged on pro-rata basis.

Cancellations on or before 31st  May 2017: 75% amount will be deducted
Cancellations on or before 30th June  2017: No refund will be given
